ELEGANT STONE HOUSE FOR 2 TO 4 PERSONS
Discover this charming and bright stone house, ideal for a small family with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. Enjoy the peace and quiet of this place and the magnificent view of the garden and the surrounding fields; while having breakfast in the veranda with opening windows on three sides, you are likely to see a deer or two and be able to watch the many birds singing high up in the poplar trees. In the evening, you are in the front row to admire the magnificent spectacle of colours and lights that nature offers us when the sun goes down.
Equipements
Veranda-dining room, living room with TV (satellite reception, many international channels), WIFI router + CPL, large bay window with unobstructed view on the garden. A pellet stove provides gentle warmth in the cooler seasons in these two rooms.
Small fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, mixer, kitchen scales, coffee machine, crockery), a shower room with Italian shower and WC, a 10 m² bedroom with one 140x190 bed and a 9 m² bedroom with two 90x190 beds
Outside :
- Independent veranda/terrace, barbecue, deckchairs
- Private, shady and flowery garden
- Access to the shared swimming pool and to the various relaxation areas in the garden
- Parking space in front of the house

LOW SEASON
from 1st January to 4 April 2025
from 3 November to 31 December 2025
Reservations are possible from 3 consecutive nights.
525 € per week or 75 € per night
MEDIUM SEASON
from 5 April to 4 July 2025
from 1 September to 2 November 2025
Reservations are possible from 3 consecutive nights.
700 € per week or 100 € per night
HIGH SEASON
from 5 July to 31 August 2025
In high season, reservations are made by the week.
(Arrival on Saturday from 4.30 p.m., departure the following Saturday before 10 a.m.)
1260 € per week or 180 € per night
Mandatory supplements:
- Tourist tax 3.30% of the nightly rate per person
- Towel hire and end of stay cleaning 85 €
This price includes, in addition to the end-of-stay cleaning, the rental of a set of towels per person consisting of
- 1 beach towl
- shower sheet
- 1 towel
At the time of booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 25% of the rent.
All our prices include :
- Electricity, water and gas charges, pellets for the stove
- Bed linen and towels (beds are made up on arrival; kitchen linen and one set of towels per person are provided)
- Internet access (wifi)
- Loan of bed, chair, pushchair and baby bath (on reservation)
- Weather permitting: access to the swimming pool and to the various areas dedicated to rest in the garden
